Since 1979, Charo has risen through the ranks in the cleaning industry where she began her career at United Building Services until it was acquired by Able in 2005. According to Vice President Steve Selock, who has known her since he was 12 having worked with her for his family’s janitorial companies, “Charo has had every job in the business and essentially trained and mentored not only me, but many managers and supervisors in our office. She is exceptional, does the right thing in all aspects of our business, and demonstrates honesty, fairness and respect.”
In 2013, Charo took over the Irvine Company office campus portfolio and has helped them to achieve consistent high scores through their quarterly CORE inspections. Her approach, which includes constant communication, ongoing employee training, and frequent site visits to maintain high cleaning levels, has led to enduring relationships as she often receives client accolades including “Most Valuable Vendor” by the Irvine Company.
Since collaboration paves the way for success, working together with our clients, Charo communicates honestly and speaks clearly about what is being initiated, completed and the end goal achieved. Throughout the COVID pandemic, she has been at the forefront, leading her team in solving unique challenges and delivering over and above expectations.

Her philosophy has remained constant throughout the years – there are no small or big accounts; providing first-class service to ALL of her customers is the key to success. Her responsibilities include safety training, conflict resolution, human resources, finance, customer management, and new business acquisition.
